As an empathic counseling professional, I help responders, veterans, military and their families dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, loss, and trauma. I feel privileged to support my clients in understanding difficult experiences and in overcoming challenges. Additionally, I assist clients experiencing issues such as: life transitions, chronic pain/ and illness and relationship concerns. Using a holistic approach, clients can learn to manage stressors and build further resilience. With evidence-based treatment strategies, I partner with my clients to choose alternate thoughts, emotions and behaviors so they may lead the life they desire and deserve. Serve couples, families, and individuals ages 14 and older.
