The Lisle-Woodridge Fire District is comprised of 91 agency members, with 6 peer support members, serving firefighters and paramedics. Their Peer Support program originated in 2024. Members are trained through IFFPS.
Aside from peer support, other wellness programs that the department offers includes EAP, an in-house chaplain and on-duty wellness allowances.
The department’s peer support coordinators are available for program development or implementation collaboration and one on one peer support requests.
